Information meetings & desk hours
Welcome briefing
On the day of arrival or the day after a thorough information briefing will be given about destination, hotel facilities, car rentals, excursions, activities, departure information and any other relevant information.
Desk Hours
Rendering 2 times weekly a 1 hour service in the hotels to assist guests with anything they might need.
Reservations Management
With modern IT systems and a dedicated Reservations team, we ensure that bookings are handled efficiently and effectively. We have developed in-house software and systems which are capable of processing bookings within 24 hours.
Excursions
Using the best multi-lingual professional guides and quality transportation, we will design and deliver a program of excursions to match your customer profile. We offer a diverse range of excursions covering all tastes, ages and interests.
Emergency assistance
EL Tours is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to assist our customers with any emergency assistance they may require. Some examples are arranging early return to home, changing hotel room or changing hotels, acting as liaison with local authorities, arranging medical assistance, and much more…
